Prospective new laptop - can I run it?

I'm sure you get hundreds of these topics, so I'm sorry for starting a new one! But I would really appreciate any help that you can give me.

My current laptop is (as far as I know) not very high spec, but it's been able to run Skyrim more-or-less okay. However, now I need to buy a new one, and I'm worried. I really don't know anything about computers I don't know what makes one processor better or worse than another, let alone graphics/video cards.

^ This is the laptop I'm looking at buying. (I've had to split the link so that I can post this). For the linkshy, it has:
  • Dual-core Intel Pentium P62000 processor
  • 6GB RAM
  • 500GB harddrive
  • Intel HD (128MB dedicated memory) Graphics Card
The only thing I can see about video is this:
  • Video interface: External display (VGA) port

So like I said, I can't interpret this information - can someone help? If you could even guess at whether I'd be able to run Skyrim on this laptop, I'd be very grateful. Even more so if you can explain to me why I could or couldn't.

Thanks in advance - I hope someone can help!

(If you can tell me if I can play the Sims 3 on it, that'd be useful too! ;)

You cannot run it at all, Im afraid. The CPU is questionable, but the GPU is 128MB, minimum is 512 with the exception of some people running on 256MB.

Thanks for the swift reply! So the GPU is the graphics card? I'm sorry, I really am inexperienced with the technical stuff!

Do you have any suggestions of specific info I should look out for when comparing other laptops? I'm hoping not to spend a huge amount but obviously I want the best I can get :)
