Character Apearence : V

so i wandered over to the Fallout NV forum and was reading around when i thought about something. i only had one base save in that game. . .?, and only one character i play. . .?

(Base save: character at max level waiting to exit town so i could redo my stats to how i wanted for that playthrough)

whilst in skyrim i have spent many hours creating multiple base saves, and cant seem to stay put with one character for too long. . .?

(Base save: character at 15 with no perks spent able to level to 80 with about 10k cash)

now i dont blame this on skyrim or my wanting to tryout different play styles, i only have one that i really like, so what is it? its character apearence, in FNV you are able to change face and hair style/color fairly easilly, whilst in Skyrim if you want to see how something looks you have to make a whole new character to see if you like it.
this is important for someone like me who has slight ocd and wants everything to match, if im wearing dark brotherhood armor, my character will have a black and red apearence to match, if im in the nightingale armor, my khajiit better have a black and white tail to match, etc.

i have actually taken a break from playing because i have spent so much time creating saves, then deleting them and not even playing, that i dont even bother anymore. waiting for DLC to come out so i can see what clothes/armor look like in that so my character can match. . .

please Bethesda, for the love of sanity everywere, please add a barber. so we can change the things that you would be able to change. i understand if re doing your facial structure or race might seem a little off. but face paint, lip color, eye shadow, hair style and color, thats stuff we can really do, and i would apreciate seeing added.

I know what you mean, OP. My ocd messes me up with some armour colour schemes because my Khajiit is brown (Nightingale for example, looks terrible with a brown tail). I really wish there was at least a barber who could change hair colour and style, and for Khajiit fur colour.
