I'm wondering if bound weapons such as sword, axe and bow benefit from the weapon skills such as one handed, or bows?

I was actually wondering the same thing. According to the Elder Scrolls Wikia, bound weapons also level up the skill of the weapon being used (a bound sword levels up one handed, a bound bow levels up archery, etc.)

So, that being said, my contribution is: maybe.

Yep, more damage from weapon skill and perks, plus anything you get from conjuration perks.

I've beheaded people with conjured swords, so I'd say they are.

Yes, the appropriate perks apply to bound weapons as well.
