Memorable Radiant AI moments?

One of the things I loved about Oblivion and its Radiant AI was the fact that sometimes the NPC's would do wonderfully random things. Being ambushed by the King of Miscarcand in Bravil, hours after visiting his dungeon, or finding City-Swimmer dead because she was caught stealing food, or finding guards in the wilderness fighting bandits...these little moments were one of the things that made Oblivion unique. The way the AI would sometimes result in funny, wacky weirdness made me a huge fan of the Radiant AI system, flawed as it was. My question is, has anyone experienced anything like this in Skyrim? I'm not talking about random encounters or things that are scripted to happen, but rather instances in which the AI did something totally unique. And I'm also curious, is the AI built on the same system that was present in Oblivion? Or has it been simplified? All the NPC's I find seem to follow schedules but don't seem to eat, sleep, or fulfill their goals like they did in Oblivion. Did they change this?

The bandit you rescue in the first quest dungeon is interesting, sometimes he is killed in the first room, other times he get far inside often leaving enemies in his trail who start to go back then he is dead, once he came running back followed by undead.

Another favorite is just watching bandits, sometimes they talk with them self if alone, one had regrets for killing a lady he was trying to rob.

Favorite glitch, dropped some stuff in an bandit dungeon for Lydia to pick up, a bandit lady walked over and asked if she could keep a sword, I said no and she attacked me.
Here I guess the pick up stuff AI routine override the attack enemy routine as she detected the dropped weapon before she found me.

Favorite comment, I come over an large group of vanpires and start shooting them as they came up a long stairway and they was rolling down, killed them all and felt pretty good, then Lydia said "I have not seen something like that before" and it felt even better even if I know it was the architecture she was commenting on.
Make up for the Look a cave I wonder that is inside then we exit it

I said this somewhere else. I was sneaking through a cave when I killed a bandit. I looted him and had to drop somethings. The bandit leader came out and asked me if he could have a cuirass I dropped. I said yes, he stood their for a minute then began attacking me.

Their was also this tIme a killed a dragon then the companions, who I seen out and about on missions before, run over to see it. That one girl then told me how she killed a bear the other day. Was not impressed.

I don't know if this was radiant AI butI saw a Mammoth being attacked by two Saber Cats in the middle of nowhere. There wasn't any troll camps or anything. Just this Mammoth and the two Saber Cats. I have also heard a lot of different Bandits singing songs or talking to themselves. A lot of them talk about regrets and then all of a sudden when you appear they turn into a badass haha.

This doesn't sound like Radiant AI, but apparently Uthgerd the Unbroken forged a marriage certificate then tried to kill me. After I killed her, a courier ran up to me and gave me an inheritance. Hopefully I can still get married for real.

Had to "rough up" Atar.

As soon as I beat him in a brawl, his buddies jumped me and I was forced to turn a brawl into lethal combat... failing the "rough up" mission.
