Azrul is a female Orc with piercing blue eyes that grew up in an Orc stronghold in High Rock, learning the arts of axe and shield, bow and arrow, and from her mother the clan wise woman, alchemy and illusion. After learning she would have to marry the clans chief against her will she decided to leave and see the world instead. After a couple of years working as a mercenary she found herself in Skyrim where the real adventures began.
She's really fun to play and my second Skyrim character. I've got her in the Ebony Mail, and ebony gauntlets and boots, and she's wearing an ancient Nord helm until I can find a good helm for her. I've always hated pure stealth characters so this was my attempt to give a stealth/combat hybrid a go and it turned out really fun.
My other character Endaril just showed up one day as a baby. An old fisherman that happened to be an ex-Molag Bal worshipper took him in and taught him magic in exchange for company and hard work. As Endari grew up he surprised the old man, possessing an extraodinary ability for magic, beyond that of any other Altmer. When Endaril was a young man the old man died, hoping for a peaceful death. Unfortunately having sworn his soul to Molag Bal (the Daedric Lord of domination and enslavement no less) in his youth this was not to be. An aspect of Molag Bal appeared near the fisherman's hut on the beaches of Summerset Isle to take the old man with him back to Coldharbour, where he would be tortured for eternity for his disloyalty. Endaril decided to try and give the man who had taught him everything he knew a peaceful death, even if it meant his own. A battle ensued with lightning, fire, magical shields, spells to trick the mind, and many other powerful magicks as Endaril was engrossed in his first ever fight against something other than the deers he'd spent his youth hunting with the old man's mouldy wooden bow. Miracuously he struck down the aspect, and had given the old man a peaceful death. He spent the next 500 years travelling Tamriel, getting involved in events in Morrowind and Cyrodil, and his travelling has finally brought him to Skyrim where he will learn a new form of magic, the Thu'um, and perhaps even fulfill another prophecy or two.
Endaril has obviously been my main for the past 3 games, and I've really enjoyed it more than any other character I've come up with. Basically I deck him out in Heavy Armour and a warhammer, and make sure he's a master of all the school's of magic, and get him to do the main quests and any daedric quests I can find. I try to avoid guilds with him as he's more of a lone wanderer type, and rarely stays in one place long enough for any of those responsibilities.
I've been thinking about making a feemale Nord paladin to do the Stormcloaks with, and I saw a couple of nice Paladin mods so she'll be my next character when I finish get a bit further in with these 2.
Also really liked other peoples back stories, keep em coming
