Im starting off roll playing a Nord for first time, and want to make him a true Nord as possible see how im doing so far. Hes a complete slob hardly washes sleeps good 10 hours a day like to sit in Yorrvaskr eating and drinking in his undergarments with people reputedly telling him to clothe him self but he dose not care. Likes Ale and meed and will take every opportunity to drink as much as possible and meat with leg of goat roast as his fave dost not like vegetables.
Is raciest and bigoted despises elves the most of all but dosent have time of day for non Nords so will only have Nord companions. Hates any magic users dosent like thieves or sneaky assassins as it gose against his warriors code of honour.
Fave fighting style double handed battle Axe heavy amour full on offensive stlye to overwhelm the opportunity as fast as possible never sneaks.

All I can think of right now but after playing mages and sneaky assassins im finding it quite a liberating experience. Im not raciest btw just Sigmar (his name) is abit ignorant.

You could claim Skjorta as an ancestor, and keep the family motto : "We drink because we're happy. We're Nords. It's just the thick tongue and fat head the day after that makes me unhappy."

Good idea could have Sigmar's home town as Burma and was crossing the boarder to seek his fortune in the skyrim civil war. Also the motto emplanes Sigmar's foul temper because he's always hung over when he's not drinking.

Why do you think this stereotype is a "true" Nord?

True Nords have self-respect, and measure the worth of people by their own self-respect and prowess in battle....

It just happens that most elves have no self-respect and are weaklings....

Also, you are allowed to sneak... what you are not allowed to do is sneak attack. eg: Warrior's guile vs Coward

Conan was bad*** and a killing machine but still used to sneak when necessary/outnumbered.
