I just got a smithing level of 90 today and I was gonna forge a daedric armor but I also like my ebony mail because the enchantments are really good. But daedric armor has better armor rating and it looks cooler.
What should I do or use?

Either armor set could easily reach the armor cap, it's up to your personal preference.

Why don't you just get another set of Ebony armor and turn it into Daedric, then enchant if? That way you don't give up the Ebony mail.

I decided to keep my ebony mail and only forge daedric gauntlets and boots. I like the enchantments on the ebony mail with the muffle effect and poison effect and ebony mail is only a few points weaker than daedric armor
