I think it probably works fine with two handed weapons, but just maybe looking for a 100% validation before a flop down half my gold....

thinking that with the extra block it might help make up for lack of shield, I still block and bash a lot with two-handers....

Blocking is blocking whether you use a Shield or a Weapon or some Follower you grab and hold in front of you.

Yes, it does not matter if you use weapon or shield, the block skill is the block skill.

Thanks, I was aware that blocking works with two handers, and I have the first shield wall, it was just something about that specific description, 'Block 20% more damage with your shield," that worried me.

This character needs the extra defense, she is a rp Nord who is going thru the Civil War Stormcloak quests equipped like a normal stormcloak, crappy armor, iron claymore, one upgrade only.
