The OP's post sounds strangely sixual to me...

Back on topic, I was very disappointed when I went to the New Gnisis Cornerclub in Windhelm and found that they didn't sell any of the food from Morrowind. Where was the Sujamma, or the Saltrice?

Me too, man. When I first got the game, I saw the name of that place and got all excited that maybe there'd be some Morrowind items in there. I was disappointed.

You're probably on the console, huh? Too bad. There are plenty of PC mods that make food a more, heh, appetizing affair. I use Wolf's recipe mod, personally. Adds the ability to make flour at mills, refine honey and apples into sugar, milk freakin' cows if that's what you're into. The bonuses on some of the items are so good they can almost replace potions.

You know I hate to be the guy that always says 'Morrowind did _____ better', because I know it can get obnoxious. But I feel that this is just another one of those little things that was overlooked or ignored here that really would've made some of us smile, and remind us of the good times we used to have. I also think that the Bethesda of nine years ago would've realized that they should've made Dunmer themed food and drinks for the Dunmer-themed bar, which is odd considering that they have so much more money and staff right now, as compared to in the past.

HAHAHA, I read it and thought I just had a sick mind. Glad I'm not alone...

But yeah, they dropped the ball on the food in skyrim. I know it's just a RP aspect, but a tiny attention to detail or a little more content wouldn't have hurt. For example: Why give us all the recipes in the beginning?... I would have loved to see cookbooks other than 'Uncommon Taste' that added actual recipes.

Just my thoughts.

Haha! After reading this I re-read the OP's post and started laughing.

And yes I think more food would be cool.

i would have liked to see food as potential substiute for alchemy for players that wanted to cook instead of brew potions. there is still a couple helpful foods but i wish there was more, i still cook meat and stuff as a role playing aspect and eat 3 times a day but still would have been nice to see real benefit
