200 years have passed...

since oblivion, atleast on nirn thats true.
what about the planes of oblivion, do their times sync with nirn?
one way or another they will have evolved, the landscape may be similar, but it won't be the same.
thus i believe dlc will bring us back to oblivion, through the maw of madness to close it's jaws once again...

I'm sure there's someone who could answer this in detail that would blow your mind into another plane of existence.

But basically, time is meaningless to the Daedra of Oblivion. "Static" might not be the right term for them.... but they don't really evolve the same way the Mortal plain does. (Something the Daedra are a little envious of, because the randomness makes mortal existence "Exciting", hence they always meddle)

yes they don't evole teh same as we do, but 200 years is a long time.... and because of mortal influence, perhaps things ahve changed over there... because our actions, such as giving sacrifices, does help thtem manifest here, if they cant manifest then amybe they would be building armies in their own plain... or something idk maybe idk enough, oblivion isn't my strong suit...

The Elder Scrolls Lore forum is the place to ask a question like this. ;)

No, time on Nirn is not the same as time in the planes of Oblivion. Check this thread "http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1249697-on-boethiahs-summoning-day/", it's a lore-roleplay and one of the characters is a wizard who has been trapped in Oblivion since the time of Arena and Battlespire and he mentions how his recollection of time doesn't sync up with Nirn.

It would be on the Daedra's whim.
Unlike Nirn, which is a collective project over which no one god has dominion, a plane of Olivion is created and ruled by its Prince alone.
In a very real sense there is no difference between a plane of Oblivion, say Moonshadow, and its Prince, Azura.
There wont have been much change in the planes of Oblivion though.
Precisely because it is the sphere of one god alone it would be more static and less prone to change as the Mundus.

The events at the end of Oblivion closed and stengthened the barriers between Oblivion and Nirn.
A Daedra cannot manifest itself on Nirn. It can communicate via a place of power, such as its shrine, or via an intermediary such as a follower or via an avatar.
What comes through to Nirn however is but a small part of the Daedra.
For a Daedra to be summoned wholly they need an invitation from the mortal plane. Powerful witch covens for instance would be able to do that.
