Ok so the other day I was playing Skyrim and trying the new Asteria mod and something weird happened. When I entered a room with mannequins they were walking around for a bit :3
Are they just NPCs stuck in one position? Because when you approach them to give them armor it says give as if you were giving it to a companion.

Yes, otherwise they couldn't wear suits of armor/cloths.

They plan on murdering you in your sleep then wearing your skin...giving them armor to wear will only make them stronger

Not surprising, that's how Obsidian got a skeleton to wear a dress in the first DLC. Add a glitch to make them act like NPCs and you have an instant moment

They are just NPCs that are stuck in an animation.

I think they're immortal like that psijic dude, I wonder if Aura Whisper works on them, never thought to try it...

The Riften ones walk around my basemant. I'm not even joking. I don't think I'll be going back to Honeyside for a long time...

I'm on PS3 so there's obviously no mods. Word of advice: Don't dress them in Daedric gear if they get a bit walky.
