The Hunter Games

read first :P

Ok first off, this has nothing to do with the current obsession over teens killing each other, this is about... a possible activity in a DLC, you will find out why a DLC in a bit.

So what's the idea? Well, right now in Skyrim i'm hunting for elk and wolves with a bow and arrow and it seems... dry. there is no real purpose for elk and wolves in the game other then background or you don't want to buy the pelts from stores... i think that they should integrate a type of... game or activity where you and other hunters compete for A. most elk or wolves or what ever and or B. biggest.

this is where the DLC come in, if it were to be biggest you would need size different elk and wolves or what ever, since that would be hard to do or... tougher at least to do in the already massive world, why not make a DLC with new places, maybe new game (animals for hunting) and size different animals. then put in the hunter games.

You could win prize money, arrows and or bows and you get a reason to hunt.

what are you thoughts on this? please i want to know!

I like the idea of a lot of hunters getting together and having a contest with targets and stuff. And the winner gets a free stay at bee and barb and a few bottles of homing brew mead

I have a hard time seeing this happen. Of course, it could be a small, free DLC (like one of the ones Bethesda said they would do in between large DLCs) but I'd rather that they would do something more interesting. This DLC wouldn't attract some playtypes (mages) and I'd personally rather they do something that adds or expands on the lore.

Mages could use bound bows.

What if... there were 3 DLC released after a major DLC that brought you to a new area. the 3 DLC are entitled "The warrior games" "The mage games" "The hunter games" each one is unique to the class, the Warrior games would be some what like an arena, the Mage games would be like the arena but with magic only. these 3 DLC would be free of course, each one with it's own story line or something. happy?
