Hello. I'm having a problem with Skyrim repearedly freezing and locking up my PC. I can't even get alt+ctrl+del to work, I have to flip the power switch on my PC.

I'm playing Skyrim on medium settings with a AMD Athlon 5000+ dual core, 2 gb of ram, HD Radeon 4770, with 512 ram, and windows XP. Oh, and I'm using like 5 mods, none of which are demanding.
