Is there a way to increase walking speed a bit without affecting running and sprint speeds?

I like to walk thru buildings in town or when following NPC's, but it's just too slow. And running is just too fast, I feel like a maniac inside buildings. I understand why the devs made it that way, because it's a speed to utilize when creeping around and being stealthy.

I just want to tweak it a bit without ruining the running and sprinting speeds.

I think as a default, the walking should be a bit faster and should only slow down to that slow speed when you crouch to signify creeping. If walking was a little faster, I would probably even use it on the streets within towns.
