Juggernaut - how many points needed?

Hi, I'm planing to roll a paladin in dwemer armor with smithing up to ebony.

How many juggernaut perk points are approximatly needed to cap the armor factor with legendary dwemer armor? I heard most setups only need 3 points max spent in juggernaut to cap anything. I will perk-skill enchanting, but only past lvl 50.

Additionally, there is a special quest reward granting additonal 15% armor when only wearing dwemer, further reducing the need to max out juggernaut. Does this special skill require using dwemer shield too? I was planing to use ysgramor shield.

The perk just requires you to wear the armour, shields are optional, I think.

The quest is bugged, the reward gives you 15% increase on all armor ratings and smithing is improved by 15% as well.

Why not just play, take the perk once and once you're at the stage where you can improve to maximum efficiency for your character, see if you need any more perks.
