Will Karliah attack me if she see me as full stage vampire?
Will my companions also attack me aswell if I'm a vampire?

I been sleeping around nightingale hall but not full stage than suddenly I see her in a bed oppersite me. just want to be sure about this.

I don't know, but people are not supposed to like you if you are a vampire. So if they know like you then you either have to deal with that or change.

And why post this here? Save game, wake her up and see what happens. You could have done that five times in the time it took you to post this question.

You could just feed off her and not have to worry about it.
