I am tired of not being able to decorate my house...

I too had this issue, then someone on these forums told me a fix. Drop what you want to use as decorations, leave the cell, return to the cell, then decorate. Ever since I started doing this, I've had no problems.

Yep. At least, reloading never screwed it up for me. I'd say try it, and if it doesn't work you have permission to chew me out
