You guys really need to learn how to read until the very end of the text...

A full list of Voice Commands will be revealed in the coming weeks, and we’ve got more Skyrim news coming. Bethesda Game Studios has been hard at work on creating the first set of game add-ons that will be exclusive* to the Xbox 360. This additional content will add new quests, locations, features, and much more to the world of Skyrim. Stay tuned for more details

*Exclusive only for a month. That means they'll be released a month later for PS3 and PC users.

I don't get too excited about them saying "big surprise" anymore. Todd stated, before the release, that in lieu of Spellcrafting, they had some big surprise in store for mages. I have yet to see what was, exactly.

Senior Cinco - I agree with you. I had forgotten about that big surprise. I'm glad I did.

I think we may have gotten a little off track here. I was initially referring to the statement that Todd Howard made prior to the 11-11-11 release of the game.

I'd be much happier seeing them announce a new patch that will fix all the CTD and freezing problems.

You know...that is a good point. Although , I assumed that it would be something already there. I mean, it was what he comeback saying when asked about the deletion of Spellcrafting. I would have to search for the clip. Given that, I would have expected it to be in-game.

However, it is possible that it was meant as future DLC...maybe, but I did not take it that way. Still, I have not heard or read anything on what that "in lieu" was actually supposed to be. That is why I said that I don't put a lot into these "surprise" announcements.

EDIT : And if it is in fact, just this Kinect thing...I stand by my statement.

After the end of the game when talking to the Gray beard the main character says he didn't absorb Alduin's soul and then it was said that Alduin was special even among Dragons and that the gods may in fact allow him to return at the end of time to fulfill his destiny as world eater.

Wow, I must not have been paying attention.. That is quite interesting

Nontheless, Alduin will always be my rival.

Hopefully he's in TES: VI so we can.. start killing him again.. I guess..? :L

no if you read the whole thing you would see that aswell as the kinect info there is some more news on the way about dlc ect..

Lets keep the spoilers out of this thread. The fact that Alduin is the bad guy and you have to deal with him is common knowledge. But, what you do when dealing with him is not common knowledge.

Anyways, my prediction is that will be the Kinect update. We will probably hear about the Dlc after that and get it near the end of next month.

Yep. Just gone back on the page. They've updated it and said they made a mistake and got the kinect update and the dlc mixed up. Idiots...
