Anyone have screenshots of male Dark Elf Vampires?

Post » Wed Jun 13, 2012 12:29 am

I recently created a Dunmer male for the first time, but I am not yet out of Helgen, and I wont be able to play for a few days, due to work. I am really interested in seeing what dark elf vampires looks like, and I cannot find any pictures on the web.

Thanks.

I am more interested in seeing males, however.

Those two links: Nerdiest thing I have ever seen. I love it. Now that is true dedication to The Elder Scrolls.

Loading up Skyrim right now. I'll take a pic of my Dunmer, Faedin. He's been a vampire for a long time and has been S4 several times.

NOW, I heard this rumor going around that if you use the White Eyes (like your pic Bleakwail) that the eyes remain white even after turning into a Vampire. (Instead of them turning orangish red)

Just gimme 1 sec and I'll edit this post with the pic.

EDIT: Now mind you I don't have a screen capture thing or any of that, this is with my phone:

Vamps don't look like vamps unless you are playing Argonian or Khajiit. Hugely disapointed at Beth for not implementing fangs on Elves or Humans.

Thank you. Right, I have heard the rumor as well.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO CONFIRM whether or not it is true.

I really wish someone playing on PC could confirm this by creating a dunmer with white eyes, and test it out.

Editted my above post with the pic. Not great quality but it's the best I can do.

I have eye tint/shadow/eyeliner so the area around my eyes is quite dark, so I apologize lol. Kinda hoping their eyes would remain the same red color I picked but they turned orangish red, which still looks good.

IMO Dunmer's are the best Vampires.

Sorry about that. I didn't mean for that to post twice.

Hippnotic - it doesn't really look like vampirism makes too much of a difference to the usual look of the Dunmer.

Like I said it really doesn't. The pupils of your eyes change and that's really the only major thing besides the orangish tint that's added. I <3 my Dunmer.

Too bad I reitred my male dunmer vampire, the skin was originally a bluish purple, but as a vampire it turned more white, a pale shade.

Pretty cool screenshot. He looks like Count Orlak from Nosferatu.

Anyway, I really want to get to the bottom of this white eye question.

If the answer is no, white eyes do not change during vampirism, then I will choose the black eyes.

If nobody on this forum knows, then could someone point me in a direction where I can find the answer?

You could just make a char and go become a Vampire literally in the beginning of the game. There's videos on YT for locations that are closest but I personally like Bloodlet Throne. Because theres only 2 vamps in the beginning and 1 can turn you.

Get it, deal with em, run out... simple. I know it's a waste of time but eh.. not doing anything else huh? LOL.

Otherwise IDK.. I've only heard the question brought up once before and I've never personally tested it.

Like I said when I opened this topic, I am not able to play for a few days.

I just cannot believe nobody else in the entire effing world has never chosen white eyes for their dunmer, and knows whether or not there is any change to the eyes.

I have been asking this simple question for weeks.

I shouldn't have to create a dummy character and waste my time just to see if the white eyes change.
it is the year 2012, and what is the use of forums, and wikis if you can't get simple questions like these answered?

White eyes? You mean the all white eyes? Those are scarred or blind eyes or whatever. They're what I would call a "Deadeye". I don't think Vampirism would change that.
