this person has an account on the forums but i forgot the name, and has put alot of work into this.
they aslo made some custom faces for male and female, as well as tips to making pretty characters.

I take no credit and really apreciate all the work the creator put into this.

i know in oblivion using the construction set you could copy the face details off an npc and paste them on the player character, this made your face an exact copy of the npc when you start a new game

but i havent checked if this is possible with the new set

and obviously you need to be on pc for this
