Maybe I'm not Doing this right

But can someone help me with the presets? The customization is driving me crazy. I usually do frontal and side profile to fix my character. My issue with Skyrim's faces is that if you look at the profile sometimes I feel like they have to smashed in profiles. To smooshed and squished of a profile. How can I make their profile less smashed?

only the nose and brow, otherwise you're stuck with the general Shape of the face like in Fallout 3. :/

Not everyone's face is so bashed in Bethseda. Mine certainly isn't. People have more prominent bone structure. Only the elves have not smooshed in faces.
