I worry that this might be a bit processor intensive once it's in every part of skyrim... but I don't know enough about it to say for sure. I guess I'll wait and see.

I feel like.. that's a bit too much. Should be a player script maybe, that checks if there's a mesh over the player. Placing triggers through all of Skyrim? That's just asking for troubles imo.
