does anyone else walk around the skyrim towns and randomly use unrelenting Force shout on people for fun? I know you are out there so share your stories. I was at the highest point of Markath and used it on someone sending them to their doom. Then I did the same with the seven guards that came after me.

Well, I use Kyne's Peace on items........
I went into Dragonsreach and used it. Everything is now on the ground, and nobody minds it.

Try using fus or kynes peace on ulfrics table in windhelm. Glorious display.
