I play on xbox, and I can't help but notice something. When I'm inside places, epecially Dragonsreach, when I look in an NPC's direction, my framerate gets choppy (not slow just jumpy), almost like there's some sort of auto aim. It makes everything look really clunky inside places. If you'd go as far as to test this yourself, simply go in a building or any kind of interior cell, then find an npc. Now while looking at them, slowly move your right tumbstick around to move your head. While looking at an NPC, you should get a really fluttery/clunky auto aim type thing. It's really gotten madening for me and was wondering if this was an issue for anyone else.
