I have been wondering about this for awhile now, with people talking about the two main mod's for a "MMO-Multiplayer" Skyrim experience. But does Bethesda have any plan's for adding anything like this to the game? I know that some people are against the idea of Skyrim becoming a MMO, and honestly I am too. But i like the idea of a Co-Op, where it's just you and one other friend. Or maybe even ranging from 2-5, but not MMO. I'm just asking if any one has any clue's or knowledge of Bethesda thinking of adding a Co-Op option to the game. My friend and I love playing Medieval RPG's, especially when it comes to playing together. We like to do the whole "Hey man i'll pull aggro, you do kill them off." or "I'll kill while you heal." thing. We find that to be really fun, and it would just seem really awesome to do on a game such as Skyrim. Again i am not saying that i want this game turned into a MMO, i just don't see how you could, or how it would be fun( "Oh look a dragon, i'm going to slay- *Dragon starts to incinerate, group of player's watching as you run, over there with the Troll face on saying "Problem?" = sadness) just hoping for a little Co-Op. Any one? anyone know anything about this?

Multiplayer of any sort would require extensive revision of the engine, which has been streamlined for single player. As such it's something we're unlikely to see. In the past the devs have also commented that they don't expect to do this with future releases either because they'd rather focus all of their resources on expanding the single player experience rather than splitting their focus. We have seen multiplayer in spin-off titles, both TES Legends: Battlespire and TES Travels: Shadowkey have it, but it does seem unlikely that this will be brought to the core series.
