nope, sorry i don't believe it, i don't understand why people always try and guess what the DLC will feature, just wait and see and you wont be disappointed.

Kinda like someone telling the person next to them at a round table something and letting it get passed in a circle to see how messed up it is once it gets back.

And they are flat out wrong about a snow elf princess / vampire hypnosis. The data file contains nothing of the sort.

It had a few animation files, that had the names Snow Prince, Crossbow, and RF

and they didn't do anything. They were just names.

Nobody ever said you would be playing as one. The Current races are all there are and all there ever will be in elder scrolls.

Plus Snow prince would more likely be a Riekling than a Falmer...

Nothing in what was discovered referred in any way to falmer.

You know I would love to think that Bethesda planted that folder in the update as a joke. They of course know that someone would look into it.
