Will the dead person stay in the paralyzed position when he or she dies from frost damage with this perk (Augmented Frost)?

They have everytime i have killed em while they were paralyzed

Pretty much i hit a mage who was dual casting, with a ice spike and he froze and then while he was paralyzed i hit em again. He died but was on the ground with his hands in the casting position
