well i just found out that falmer are weak against fire which means that my dunmer is quite backwards but i already have the full set of falmer armor so there is no turning back now

Maybe a small cave in a corner somewhere had some snow elves in it but they had light spells?

? I guess you are trying to give me a backstory? I was actually looking for advice on those weapon skill i listed. But since nobody responded an hour ago when i asked i went ahead and went with dual wielding. So far i rip through feral falmer like a true snow elf

1 handed + frost spells, would fit the snow elf lore, because falmers are specialized in frost magic, spears and archery.

that was the destruction i was using but since i have to fight dwemer-bots most of the time i went with all weaponry
