Where oh where?

Where are the female dragons? They're all males. So, where did they all come from? Maybe they're like some versions of Dwarves' females; they're around, you just never see them.

Since they were "created" to be immortal there shouldn't really be any need for reproduction as part of their original design. So I'm going with "asixual" altho it doesn't explain why all the ones that talk to you have deep male voices. Maybe that could be explained as a function of the magic they use in order to speak, or the size/design of their vocal cords and other relevant anatomical features... I dunno.

If Akatosh is male and they are all reflections or offshoots (or whatever the correct word is) of Akatosh, maybe that's why.

They probably are asixual. That's why there are infinite dragons that mostly look the same.
