I'm embarrassed I can't figure this out on my own but what's the easiest way to copy the 40+ mod names I have installed via NMM into a text file? I can't highlight the mod names to copy and paste...

Unhide your appdata folder, find the skryim folder inside the local folder and look for the plugins.txt folder, it will have all your active plugins. If you are using BOSS, you can get a list of all mods you are using, both active and inactive form the loadorder.txt file that is in the same folder.
