I don't know exactly when it started or why, but thats part of the problem. Whenever I hold a spell and don't release it, this weird glowing aura thing forms around my character. It would be cool except in first person mode it really gets incredibly annoying. It makes everything else hard to see and is very distracting. I think this is partly because of the HDR in the game. I really want to know how to stop it from happening. I think it was probably a mod or soemthign that enabled it. I might have done it in a mods settings thinking it was cool at the time. If it was a mods doing, I completely forgot which mod and therefore have no idea how to turn it off. I have played both PC and X360 and for some reason after I cast a spell my hands will glow crazy just a random occurrence I suppose

yes but the other picture shows it better since it's in 3rd person. Guess nobody knows what this is.

It looks like the aura created by a ritual spell. The ritual armor (alteration) spell I believe.
Check which mods edit spells.
