I'd like to know exactly what affects my shield bashing. I've heard people say that armor rating affects it, but does block skill? Can your weapon enchantments help your shield? Haven't had the opportunity to check, but I heard that elemental enchantments transfer, so would the ignore armor from the Ghost Blade transfer as well? I'm quite surprised I haven't been able to find this formula anywhere on the internet so far.
