I think it's Skyrim. It may include the Oblivion GOTY Edition and Morrowind GOTY Edition as well though, since it has them both in the description as well.

It's a download (legal) of TES III, IV (GOTY) and V. I believe the description on the link tells you what they are (and I just read it), rendering the title of this thead redundant. And you even told us to read it.
