Hi all

Been trying to enter Dragon's Reach to talk to the Jarl, but lately something has messed up in the castle's file and I can't enter the Reach with any character.

Is there a file somewhere I can delete and have Steam rebuild it?

Not to my knowledge. I play on xbox and have had that happen. I sadly had two choices: reload an earlier save or make a new character. I really needed to make a new character and start over. My Dragonsreach issue was coupled with other serious crash issues, else I would have reloaded an earlier save.

Unfortunately It started with my original character and now has "spread" to all other characters (3 of them under level 10), nobody can get into Dragonsreach atm.

I'm hoping that somebody, somewhere here knows the file structure well enough to help...or has another idea for a solution to the problem.
