Would this be a good idea or not?

So, I was thinking, wouldn't it be cool if you can take over a bandit fort? You can walk into the fort, kill every bandit there is and claim it. Then you can have the option of building barracades around it and lining up the walls with archers. This could be where a high smithing level would come in handy. You will have to supply the archers with equipment so you could make amazing gear for them. Then, you can also have a couple of guys near the entrance to the fort that will "tank" out anybody who manages to get in. Archers and warriors should have an equipment room where they can go pick up health potions, arrows, swords and whatever they would like. Good idea or not? Please put in some of your ideas to make it better.

There are already mods that implement things like this for PC, but I'm not sure that it has the demand for Bethesda to spend the time it would take to get it into the retail game.

Damn, I'm not on PC. Do you think if I kill evey bandit in a fort and come back to the fort every couple of days, the fort wouldn't spawn more bandits?

The respawn time is 30 days. So they wouldn't be there for quite a while.

So, if I visit it in 20 days, would the respawn time reset? Or would it respawn in another 10 days?
