Born in Morrowind, he had to fend for himself as a child, his family were killed by bandits who had pillaged their farm. They force him to watch as they tortured and killed his parents.

They had found his Twin sister hiding, and had kidnapped her as a 'prize'.

They then cut out Suleri's eyes and left him to die.

A witch had seen this happen from the shadows, but would've died helping.
She then took the young Suleri, and after months of magic, she healed him. She taught him to 'see' using the arts of restoration.
He used the powers of Illusion to give the appearence of eyes to everyone who looked upon him.

One he was well, the witch left him, where he stole to survive.

He spent many years in and out of prison, and heard of groups of bandits who were moving to skyrim.
Many of these groups had kidnapped girls to use as slaves.

He decided he would travel there, and hunt them down in hopes of finding his sister.
