I had to share this!

I got ambushed by a pack of goats one time. I'm serious. They wrecked me. They were doing damage to me like power attacks with warhammers and I kept getting staggered. I barely managed to get away by jumping into the river and swimming for it. As I swam I heard one call out to me "You won't leave Skyrim alive!" "Goat" was the subtitle head too.
Although this made me genuinely LOL when I read it, I think it would have freaked me the Hell out if it had actually happened to me. Those goats are creepy enough - if they started talking to me, that's over the line into nightmarish.

My own goat incident: I was up high somewhere (forget where) on one of those super-steep slopes you can barely climb, very near a mountaintop. Two goats were up ahead; a quick Aura Whisper revealed no bears or sabrecats looking to munch on them, so I ignored them and kept struggling upwards. Mr Goat takes one look at me and CHAAAAAARGE - straight into my gut. I was so startled at being attacked by a goat that I didn't respond, unless flying backwards down a mountain and landing on your face counts as a response. Very VERY nearly killed me. To this day I have no idea what brought that on; perhaps he objected to a primate being in mountain goat territory. Anyway, normally my character doesn't hunt but there was roast leg of goat for dinner that night.

That's one tough guard, but yesterday i exited to the balcony of Reachwind Eyrie, and noticed a dead sabrecat and a goat casually walking away from it. I decided not investigate further :bolt:

Those wondering about an Interactive Map, as mentioned above, I'm currently trying out one from a website, since I have my PC beside me while I play on... Console.

So if you either have multiple screens, or you’re playing on a console, this works too!

As for moments I've enjoyed while playing recently...

I was traveling around during the night and I stumbled across what appeared to be a camp of some sort, so I found that there was a nearby chest, and I decided to take what was inside, or rather, steal it. The place looked abandoned, as thought whoever was occupying it had left for a trip away.

I heard screaming at first, as though somebody had spotted me and they were pointing me out, when I turned around, I soon realized that I managed to walk into an ambush set by three bandits. They started firing arrows at me at first, so I fled to the rocky cliff face, where I took each of them out one at a time.

Edit: Just recently came across a battle between three Stormcloak soldiers and three Imperial soldiers, keeping a soldier captive. Stormcloaks whooped the Imperials asses, two guys were left standing, and I managed to capture the action, sorry about quality, tried to make it look as good as I could so you could see what was going on!

I remember one time when I was exploring the reach I saw a bunch of bodies drop, then npc called a savage attack me with a iron battle axe. Now at the time I was in full steel plate armor upgraded to flawless and yet this guy almost killed me and I even had skyforge sword! Luckly I healed myself quickly and struck faster and made sure to block on time, and when I finally killed him I check the bodies and I found this one men took down 3 stormcloaks and 3 imperials soldiers(one with heavy armor) with just a battleaxe! From that point forward I made sure to look the other way around when I see a bunch of bodies and one men standing.

I found Sven and Faendel dead right next to eachother in my Orc save, neither of them had weapons equipped and there were no arrows on their bodies. There was also 2 chickens sitting next to the crime scene.

I walked into Markarth the other day with my character who had finished the civil war quest, I sided with the Stormcloaks so they were the guards there. Anyway, I entered the city and everyone was screaming and the guards were running to kill these two random Imperial soldiers that were in the city? So I was wondering to Imperials try to take back the cities or something?
