I am playing on PS3 I am a imperial and a vampire since the last update every time i go into water as soon as i start swimming my game freezes whats up with that is anyone else having this problem let me know or if anyone from beth is reading this please fix your game

It's a known bug in the PS3 version: see http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1364560-game-freeze-after-going-underwater/ for a work-around.
