Imagine if...

Imagine if Skyrim had quests that had multiple endings and the endings had a huge impact on the world around. Imagine if there was factions and a faction reputation system and that you could get locked out from some factions depending on your reputation with said faction. I'd love for Skyrim to have deep quests and that the quests have an impact on the world as a whole. I believe this would have been one of the best games released if it had consequence and deep characters. I hope that in the DLC the writing is akin to Fallout New Vegas and that I feel that a character isn't simply there to tell me one line of dialogue and then have no further use in the game. Anyone else feel like this?

Very idealistic and of course would be cool.

But realistically speaking given Skyrim's massive scope, it would be too difficult to
pull off unless they got another maybe 2 more years of development and release only for PCs.

Still, we can dream :)

They only tell one line of dialogue and then move on so it doesn't feel so bad when you kill them.
