I've had the game since release date, and the disc is still in good condition. I play on my Ps3 and have no problems playing the game. The only thing I can't do now is go underwater. Whenever the game prompts the "underwater" sound effects my game freezes 100% of the time. So either if my character in first person goes underwater or in 3rd person and I pan the camera underwater as my character stays afloat will trigger the game screen to freeze, and I have to shut my Ps3 off and restart the game. Once again: the disc is still in perfect condition, and I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and if they know of any way of fixing it?

Known bug. Check the PS3 specific forum. Basically delete game data and upgrade data (not the saves, of course) and let it reload.
