We are gonna get a brand new family computer this means I will be able to play Skyrim on the PC...

Well...I was wondering if it is possible to take my 360 save and convert it onto the PC version just so I don't have to restart everything (Not a big fan of redoing stuff unless needed to, bored, or liked it that much). Is that possible and okay to do?

It's possible, but I'm not familiar with Skyrim on the PC so I couldn't really instruct you on how to do it. I know for a fact it is definitely possible though, hopefully somebody who knows how can fill you in on the details. Probably involves saving your 360's save on to a flash drive or something.
