Guys, i got an question for my character.

She recently joined the Dark Brotherhood and got the shrouded cowl.
However, dark elves tend to have a long chin and the chin goes trough the mask of the cowl.
Do you think the same would happen when i wear the nightingale hood? Because i want nightingale armor to be her main armor.
Because i am early in game, i can start over and change the chin if i want to. But that won't be needed if the chin is hidden in the mask of the nightingale hood.

Hello, ferrykeizer!

Regarding the Shrouded Cowl, you can get one without the mask. Also, the Nightingale Hood is rather long so I don't think it'll be a problem. If you want to change your character's looks, press "§" (under Esc) and type in showracemenu. That way you won't have to reroll.

Hope that was helpful. :>

The chin was only shown a little bit. But i can't change my character because ps3 has no console commands.

Oh well, if the chin does go trough it i will just play without a hood. :)

The Nightingale cowl is set up to essentially "replace" the character's head when worn, as opposed to the Shrouded cowl's mask, which "floats" in front of the character's face, so no, it would not clip.

Believe or not I put up both my assassin's armor and Nightingale armor for the TG Master armor.

This. You don't have to worry about you chin poking through the NG hood. You can make your head as big and abnormal as you like but the mask is one-size-fits-all.

Elven ears stick through the shrouded hood, too. It's quite funny really.

I've only had cliping issues with the ears on a bosmer. My altmer tends to be too tall for some mage outfits, leaving a huge gap near the knee, but seems to only happen for females.
