Take, for instance, Bleak falls barrow... there's a door that requires the golden claw, and 3 correct symbols for it to open. If the dungeon were to reset everything, does it reset the door?

For that specific dungeon I think not, seeing as how you give up the Golden Claw afterwards (Or, you can), the others, I'm not sure.
