Ok, I have seen people say it wasn't safe to store things in there is this true or false?

It's safe. It's your house.

I have only had issues with jewels and cases in Vindrel, more on that later.

There are a couple of barrels in Whiterun that are supposed to respawn, but they have not yet done that in 6 months of real time. Don't know if there are any barrels in Vindrel, I don't remember any. However, all the furniture containers are just fine.

What is messed up is whenever I put any jewels inside a display case, they spawn on top of the case the next time I enter the cell. But I think that is an issue with all display cases, not just those in Vindrel.

It's safer than Honeyside, with it's forever moving manaquins and all.

This isn't a bug- someone on the design team is just a huge Doctor Who fan (homage to the first episode of the reboot).

Honey side manaquins are bugged for sure. I set ancient armor on one and then stored another set at the same time. I removed the ancient set but it keeps spawning on it. I keep removing it and selling it haha.
