It was a running joke in Morrowind to find a Nordish barbarian who had been striped of all he owned and left standing in the middle of the road thanks to a spell cast by a witch who he had ticked off.

A common greeting from a Nord was also a "Seen any Elves? Hehahah"

I was disappointed to see this old Morrowind joke about Nords not even given a small reference. Plenty of witches (or hags) around this time, not a single naked nord

After patch 1.5 I'm finding less naked couriers but more naked corpses (the 'static containers' found sometimes in dungeons)
