I didn't know it, I though there aren't any killing moves for bare-handed. But I just saw it now, I just did it! I smacked my foe and they instantly dead!
And not just that, I can receive sneak attack bonuses from bare-handed too!
Oh I just know that, this is great. I started my adventure right now as an sneaky Trickster without WEAPONS.
Did anyone knew this yet?

There were already some in vanilla skyrim, and more have been added in 1.5

There have always been 2 unarmed finishers. They added more in a patch like a month ago or so.

Yeah, I just built a She-Hulk character with the intention of using no weapons...just fists and the occasional use of magic and I discovered the barehand killcams by suprise too. Still yet to see a stealth kill though. She just punches enemies in the ass, even with the HA barehanded perk. :/

Guess I'll have to google them, because unless I'm supposed to take the back stab perks in sneak, I'm not getting them.

My Khajiit theif only uses is fists, which thanks to Illusion, rarely comes to.
