Not really, I still do my normal 6 miles a day running and eat 1200ish calories.
I'm not exactly an expert, but that can't be healthy.

My diet of heavy weights and poutine keep me slim and trim just fine

If it helps lose weight and get fit to own a god-like body, then to hell with health.

It's hard to stay healthy when you're more prone to injuries, more vulnerable to infection and have less energy.

Just saying. That may seem like an 800 calorie deficit based on a 2000 calorie diet, but someone who runs every day (provided they aren't one of those idiots that just jog around at walking speed) could add a good lot more calories per day to their metabolism.

I tend to lose weight when I am into a game.

I come home from work at 5PM, and fire the game up for a quick quest before dinner. Well, that leads to another quest, and then I look at the clock and it is 11 PM and I still have not ate. So, I play some more and go to bed without my dinner. Games have become my disciplinarian parent.
:goodjob: I use games in much the same way to lose weight.

Games require both hands, you can't use one to stuff your face at the same time so even snacking is not possible.

My weight gain is sporadic when I play Skyrim, there's no telling how much I've gained or lost!

Mainly due to the fact that some days I will eat a lot, and other days I'll forget to eat at all. Ahhhh~ the wonders of Skyrim!

Like a few others, I lose weight because I either forget to eat, or I don't want to get my controller dirty.

This is where Twizzlers come in quite handy.
