im getting skyrim for my PC and I want to make some cool mods. my plans for mods are giant expansions of land like going to blackmarsh and highrock. Would i be able to do that? i know itshard but could i?

Well there is someone on here at the moment making a massive island North of Skyrim. It's said to be one third the size of Skyrim itself.

So I imagine it would be possible to make other provinces. It would probably take a lot of time though. The guy making the island is going to have it full voiced and full of quests.

ill use premade voices, less quests than usual, three guilds and a small mainquestline.
