If you're on PC, probably through the console. If you're on the console, then you might be out of luck.

That would be a hoot if his follower was wearing the execution hood. ...not executionER hood.

I'm sure the executioner clothes and hood were listed when I activated pickpocket on him, so I'll go with yes.
