Yep, I've managed to somehow lose two horses in this game, and fast travel does not restore them to a stable. I'm starting to think there's a reason for this, as both times I've lost a horse attributes to me enterting a cave on one side, but coming out another side. For example, if you've walked through any of the passes, the horse doesn't come out the other side. It's the only thing I can think that caused it. I've tried searching for them, but I was stupid not to leave them around any landmarks I can recognize. Well, at least the game helped correct that problem.

I'm curious to know if any of you have lost anything (and how did you lose it)?

I lost an awesome enchanted bow when a Draugr disarmed me. But when I looted his corpse I found a better bow anyway!

Right back with the first hands on demos with selected journos were held, one of them complained about how the hell are you supposed to find a jet black horse, in the woods, at night? Losing horses has been a problem for longer than the game has been out.
I don't lose them myself, they sort their own fate out with their bizarre compulsion to attack ancient dragons. Ah well.

Before a battle I decided to stick a magelight on my horse so I'd find it again.

Lost: 4 kitties
Peculiarities: They like to think they're human. Clothing themselves (sometimes in armor), talking human language with a weird accent, getting high on sugar; the usual stuff.
Last seen: slowly traveling from Whiterun to an unknown destination (never really checked what destination). Lost them while following them with a retainer to find out their destination, when some locals decided to play with fire and ice. I gave them a beating, but the kitties were gone after that. Please help. Very desperate. The Long Taffy Treat I wanted to give them afterwards isn't only taking up precious inventory space, but is getting very sticky by now.
Reward: Long Taffy Treat. Yummy! (the cats don't deserve it anymore)

Seriously 'though, I once lost a "Stray Dog". I eventually gave up and assumed it went to its home, wherever that even could be. Weird thing is, I later encountered a Stray Dog again, but this one didn't listen to me and only showed its teeth to me without attacking me. If I went out of its vicinity it started running up and down randomly. Glitch? I have no idea, because I have met it multiple times and each time it reacted the same way. Kinda made me believ it's the same Stray Dog from the start, and I must've angered it somehow.

Wanted: Lydia
Explanation: Well you see, Lydia was making me mad, i was traveling up to the throat of the world, and all she would say is, "I am sworn to carry your burdens"... So rage came over me... and then next thing i know i see Lydia flying a 100 miles an hour away from me, right off the moutain... I just blacked out i swear!
Reward: 5,000g (Alive) 50,000g (Dead)

I no like Lydia... and i hope she died...
